Frequently asked questions

Answers about the platform, deployments, billing, and the affiliate program.

Platform

OdooGrid is a managed deployment platform that provisions, hosts, and operates Odoo instances for you. Choose a plan, pick a region and version, and we handle infrastructure, backups, SSL, and upgrades.

We support Odoo 14.0 through 19.0, Community or Enterprise. Enterprise clones the official odoo/enterprise addons for that version, so you need a GitHub token that can read that repository.

Each Odoo instance runs in an isolated container with its own PostgreSQL database, encrypted volumes, and network policies. Backups are stored separately per client.

Deployments

Most deployments finish in 3–8 minutes. You get a hostname like yourcompany.odutechsolutions.net immediately, and you can attach your own custom domain once DNS propagates.

Yes. Upload a dump or connect via SFTP during onboarding. Growth and Scale plans include assisted migration; Starter includes self-serve import tooling.

Yes. After the production droplet has a public IP, add an A record for your hostname and save it on the instance. Caddy issues TLS once DNS resolves.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade anytime (prorated). Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Invoices are available in your portal under Billing.

We accept Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and other cards), plus Mobile Money in supported regions.

Affiliates

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. When a customer signs up and pays through your link, you earn a recurring commission on their subscription for 12 months.

Standard affiliates earn 20% of subscription revenue for the first 12 months of each referred customer. Volume partners can negotiate higher rates with our partnerships team.
